　　Briefly introduce the casting production process of CNC machine bed castings.As long as the casting is involved,the casting mold is indispensable.The shaped machine bed castings are all made of wood mold(hereinafter referred to as wood mold),and the non-shaped products are made of lost foam mold.Wood mold casting refers to the use of wood mold for product modeling.Its advantage is that the sand can be embedded in the molding without considering whether it will go out of shape,and it can be tamped hard.The lost foam mold itself has no load-bearing capacity,so it is necessary to be careful not to press or extrude the lost foam mold during sand embedding molding.

　　The casting of CNC machine tool bed adopts wood mold.After the molding is completed,the wood mold should be taken out and then bonded to the box.In this way,an empty mold cavity is formed,and the mold cavity is filled after casting molten iron,thus completing a major step of the casting process.No excess gas and impurities will be generated during the casting process.The lost foam mold does not need to be taken out during the molding process.It burns directly during the casting process,so a large amount of gas will be generated during the combustion process.If the combustion is not clean,the residue will be incorporated into the molten iron,causing casting defects to the bed casting.
